Real Party: Speakeasy 30th Birthday

A few weeks ago I attended a fabulous 30th birthday party. It was held at a great venue in San Francisco called Bourbon & Branch.  What a cool spot! This bar operated in the same location as an illegal speakeasy during the prohibition in the 1920's.  It still has the feel of that era today.  Guests need a password to gain entry.  1920's decor is everywhere.
Seriously, so fun! The room where the party was held had a trapdoor in the floor, where patrons used to go to drink.

I wanted to share some details of this party for a couple reasons.
First of all, what a great adult party theme:  1920's Prohibition!

Second, I wanted to share with you about a fabulous new company started by a friend of mine: Montage Event Management.

The girls of Montage threw this party, and it was impeccable.  The appetizer display, the photos, the party favors, the ambiance...perfect!
Montage is a new company, based in San Francisco.  They offer event design, management, and strategy for all types of entertaining and budgets.
Their services are available nationwide, and in English, French, or Spanish.

The company is so new, that their website is still under construction.
In the mean time, here's contact information:

Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for some assistance with your next bash!

The cute little boxes in the collage were the held cookies that served as party favors.  Our hostess was kind enough to share her source: here.   I highly recommend these goodies if you are in the Bay area.  My husband and I both finished ours before we got back to our car! :)
